In our next installment of the Comparative Literature Coffee Talk, we are pleased to host Professor Eric White of the English Department. Prof. White’s interests include literary theory, literature and science, the literature of the fantastic, the history of rhetoric, and modern British, Irish, and Continental literature.
Each Comparative Literature Coffee Talk features a CLGP faculty member who will talk about his/her education and research and will answer your questions about things like applying to PhD programs, job placement, etc. This is an opportunity for you to get to know faculty members who may be useful in your studies, but it will also provide a forum for you to receive advice on professional development from a variety of professors.
